Exhibitor Information
From 22 -24 June 2014, Groningen, The Netherlands will be hosting The International Conference on River Connectivity best practices and innovations (Fish Passage 2015) held at the Oosterpoort Venue.
Attendees of the Fish Passage conference 2015 will include researchers, educators, practitioners, funders, and regulators who have an interest in advancements in technical fishways, nature-like fishways, fish behaviour, downstream passage solutions, stream restoration and stabilization, dam removal, road ecology, and the myriad of funding, safety, climate change, and other social issues surrounding watershed connectivity projects. Many of these professionals are decision-makers who will look forward to meeting informally with exhibitors to learn about the latest products and technology. With an anticipated attendance of 400 people international attendees, highlighting your company as an exhibitor is a sales opportunity you don’t want to miss!
Exhibitors at Fish Passage 2015 will have full access to attendees during social hour, intermission and poster sessions. Exhibitors are also invited to join attendees during continental breakfasts and catered breaks. The exhibit area is located in the center of the conference activity to assure maximum contact and exposure with interested conference participants and potential customers.

To become an Exhibitor: Cost 1,750 Euro
You will receive the following:
- 2 complimentary registrations (incl. conference dinner, lunch and beverages during breaks)
- Free exhibition space rental (incl. 10 square meters of space, 1 x table and 2 x chairs, electricity, and wireless internet access)
- Your logo and link on conference website and program
- Email list of conference attendees

Exhibit Space Location
When you sign up as an exhibitor you will be sent a layout of booth locations. Please select your first three choices. You will be accommodated as best as possible.
Set-Up and Take-Down
Exhibitors will be able to setup their booths in the designated location on June 21 or during non-plenary presentations thereafter.
We ask for your consideration to control noise levels during plenary sessions.
Exhibitors will have to take down their materials and pack up as soon as the conference is finished.
The posting of materials on walls, ceilings, or doors by any method is strictly prohibited.
