Exhibitors

For three days, June 9-11, 2014, University of Wisconsin – Madison will host The International Conference on Engineering and Ecohydrology for Fish Passage (Fish Passage 2014) held at the The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club.

Attendees of Fish Passage 2014 will include practicing civil engineers, field biologists, utility managers, dam owners, researchers, administrators from different government agencies, and representatives from major environmental non-governmental organizations and tribal organizations. Many of these professionals are decision-makers who will look forward to meeting informally with exhibitors to learn about the latest products and technology. With an anticipated attendance of 400 people from the U.S.A. and other countries, highlighting your company as an exhibitor is a sales opportunity you don’t want to miss!

Exhibitors and Sponsors at Fish Passage 2014 will have full access to attendees in multiple venues, including the social hour and poster session. Exhibitors are also invited to join attendees during continental breakfasts and catered breaks. The exhibit area is located in the center of conference activity to assure maximum contact and exposure with interested conference participants and potential customers.

The details of your registration as an Exhibitor or Sponsor includes:
Booth: $1000

Booth Space Rental Includes:

  • 30" by 6' skirted table with table cloth and two chairs
  • One conference registration
  • Email list of conference attendees
  • Continental breakfast and coffee breaks
  • Wireless internet access
  • Organization listing in the conference program brochure
  • Organization listing and link on the conference website

Available to Rent for an Additional Cost

  • 8' by 10' booth space with side and backdrop curtains
  • Electrical power outlet available for $25 daily fee through Concourse Hotel

Mailing Items

We prefer packages to ship UPS. However, there are many different freight companies that drop off. The loading dock accepts trucks up to 13 ft. Trucks over 13 ft are accepted with a lift gate.

We accept packages 3 business days prior to the event. Boxes should be shipped to:

Audio Visual

Should an exhibitor require an easel, TV or other audio visual for their display, please refer to our current price list which can be found online here. We will need a list of requirements by May 30, 2014.

Exhibit Space Location

When you sign up as an exhibitor you will be sent a layout of booth locations. Please select your first three choices. You will be accommodated as best as possible.

Set-Up and Take-Down

Exhibitors will be able to setup their booths in the Madison Wisconsin Room on June 8 after 3 p.m. or during non-plenary presentations thereafter.

Since the exhibit space is in the plenary/break,/lunch room we ask for your consideration to control noise levels during plenary sessions.

Exhibitors will have until the close of business on June 12 to take down their materials.

The posting of materials on walls, ceilings, or doors by any method is strictly prohibited.

Any exhibitor looking to ship back, may leave their box with pre-paid shopping return label at their booth and it will be collected by The Concourse staff for UPS or FedEx to pick up.
